We're based in Kirkland, IL and serve Rockford and the surrounding Northern Illinois region, including DeKalb, Sycamore, Belvidere, Genoa, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Rochelle, Elgin, Huntley, Marengo, Hampshire, Byron and Cherry Valley.
Do you work on residential refrigerators?
We specialize in commercial refrigeration for businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and warehouses.
What types of equipment do you repair?
Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, display cases, prep tables, beverage coolers, cold rooms, evaporators and condensing units.
How fast can you respond to an emergency?
We dispatch as quickly as possible, any time of day. When you call we'll give you an honest arrival estimate based on your location.
Do you offer preventive maintenance?
Yes. Regular maintenance — cleaning coils, checking gaskets, testing defrost and controls — prevents many breakdowns and lowers energy costs.
Will you tell me the cost before you start?
